We have obtained the Gold Standard Certification from the Belize Tourism Board.
This is a 9-point recognition program to enhance the tourism industry's health and safety standards, while ensuring minimal impact on the guest experience.
All our tours have been designated within the
Belize safe corridor.
We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitizing schedules and procedures keeping daily logs.
We have a sanitizing station onboard including gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes at our guests disposal.
Our staff goes through a daily health check and have received additional (and on-going) training on cleaning and sanitizing procedures as well as health and safety standards.
All bookings are taken through our virtual office via e-mail, WhatsApp or phone. We provide digital tour brochures, invoices and booking confirmations.
We are enrolled in various online payment apps and encourage the use of them for payment, to avoid unnecessary handling of cash.
Bookings are flexible to accommodate payment reimbursements should you become symptomatic prior to tour and not able to take the tour.
Once you meet our staff to depart for your tour you will have a non-invasive temperature and symptom check.
